March 2-4, 2012 PYHÄ-LUOSTO REINDEER CUP
Exciting reindeer race event in Luosto. The reindeer compete in 3 categories for Finnish Champioship league and there is also a lot of other activities for the whole family.

LUOSTO ~  The Jewel of Lapland

A small but beautiful resort located north of the Arctic Circle, adjacent to a National Park and equidistant from both Rovaniemi and Kittilä airports.

In this spacious log cabin (357 m²) there are 7 bedrooms; 6 bedrooms for 4 persons and one double room. Rooms have bunk beds. An impressive open fireplace in the lounge, a well equipped kitchen and sauna. This cabin is situated in the very centre of Luosto. Sleeps up to 14 persons.

How to get to Luosto By Air
There are dailyflights to Helsinki from most European countries. There are also several flights from Helsinki to Rovaniemi (about 1 hour) on a daily basis. From Rovaniemi there is a possibility to continue to Luosto region by SkiBus, taxi or by renting a car. Driving to Luosto takes about 90 minutes.
